Long
Place the end of a tape measure next to the collar at the top of the shirt (the highest point of the shoulder). Extend the tape to the bottom of the shirt.
B Width
Measure around the most prominent area of your chest. Hold the tape measure horizontal.
C Sleeve length
Place the end of a tape measure at the top of the neck and extend it along the top seam of the sleeve. Keep the tape attached to your shoulder and continue down until you reach the end of the sleeve.
